Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Illumin8 AV LLC dba Reflekt Experiences (“Reflekt”). By using the site or submitting a quote request you agree to them.

Quotes and bookings

A quote request is not a booking. Quotes are custom, based on the details you provide, and are valid for the period stated in the quote. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing. Final pricing may change if event details (date, hours, guest count, items or location) change. Tax and travel may be additional.

On-site requirements

Unless agreed otherwise, the client provides reasonable access to the venue, the agreed floor space and power for the activation. Load-in times and any venue requirements will be confirmed with you before the event.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any deposit conditions, are set out in your booking confirmation and take precedence over these general terms.

Website content

Photos, text and logos on this site belong to Reflekt Experiences or are used with permission. Client brand names and logos are shown to indicate companies we have served and remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce site content without permission.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reflekt Experiences is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our liability for any event service is governed by your booking agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
